An overseas tenant required a full end-of-tenancy clean to be carried out at their previous apartment in Kensington, and a move-in clean to their newly rented apartment in Chelsea. Due to late notice this could only be carried out on a Saturday. By placing one team in each property at the same time, we were able to fit the client in and work around the removal company. Both apartments passed a full inventory clerk inspection by two separate agencies.
